Twin Town, our men's residential facility located in St Paul, is looking for a Chemical Health Technician to assist our clients in their daily activities. Technicians assist both individuals and staff in facilitating the recovery process. Requirements: High School education and a valid drivers license. Experience in the Chemical Dependency field is a plus.
LADC

Tapestry Our women's residential facility located in W St Paul,is looking for a LADC to provide counseling and education. Tapestry offers chemical dependency treatment for women and provides individual care and treatment that is tailored to the unique needs and abilities of the client. Requirements: Must have current MN LADC and 2 years experience providing counseling services.
LPN
Tapestry is seeking a part-time LPN (.7 FTE) to work in our women's residential facility. LPN's monitor the medical and behavioral performance of individuals on a daily basis to ensure an encouraging and successful program. This position will work day, evening shifts and every other weekend. Requirements: Current MN LPN license plus two years experience.
Cedar Ridge our men's residential located in Stillwater is seeking a part-time LPN (.4FTE) to work overnights. We are looking for an individual with a passion to help others. This LPN position works in collaboration with our counseling staff to assist the client with a successful recovery .Requirements: Current MN LPN licensure plus two years experience.
Director of Revenue Cycle Management
This opportunity is a hands-on position and will manage a group of twelve individuals responsible for the invoicing, claims submission and collection activities for all Meridian Behavioral Health locations. The candidate will have experience in healthcare services billings/collections and possess a software systems aptitude. The successful candidate with possess the skills to effectively manage not only his/her direct reports, but also to effectively establish systems, processes, and procedures with field locations to obtain and communicate necessary insurance information. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator and team player. The Director will also participate in the development of relationships with the payer community to negotiate contracts and to identify and establish funding mechanisms for services provided by the Company. The successful candidate will possess a fundamentally sound grasp of revenue recognition principles.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
This candidate must have strong computer and analytical skills, with a working knowledge of the Microsoft products. Experience with Avatar practice management system is a plus. Ten years experience including leading a group responsible for healthcare billing and collections. Strong communication skills. Knowledge of the Minnesota payer community and knowledge of electronic claims clearing houses such as Clear Connect.
Housekeeper
Twin Town is seeking a part-time housekeeper (.6 FTE) to assist in maintaining optimum physical condition of the facility. We are looking for a energetic candidate that can contribute to the quality and safety of our treatment center. Requirements: Must be 18yrs old and have a high school education or equivalent.
Marketing and Business Development Representative
This position plays a critical role in the development of the strategic sales, marketing and business development plan of the organization, Ensures profitability and growth to position the Company as a leader in substance abuse treatment in markets both within Minnesota and out of state.The Marketing and Business Development Representative will also be one of the public faces of Meridian Behavioral Health's team, spending significant time in marketing, sales and public relations, as well as participation in community / state organizations and conferences that support substance abuse treatment.
The ideal candidate will have superior interpersonal and communication skills with ability to develop and deliver presentations, build strong partnerships and business alliance based on mutual trust and respect. Ability to analyze and interpret outcomes of marketing and sales efforts. Must exhibit a high degree of ethical conduct, integrity and confidentiality.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, public relations or marketing required. Masters degree in related discipline preferred. 3 - 5 years experience in sales, marketing, and business development and or acquisitions required. Prior experience or knowledge relating to substance use and co-occurring disorders. License as alcohol and drug or mental health professional a plus.
