Most insurance companies currently include coverage for Substance Abuse or Chemical Dependency, however this coverage may vary. Coverage could be available to you through your employer’s health plan, through COBRA or through your employer’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
If you are not currently covered through an employer plan you may be eligible through Minnesota State Medical Assistance and any one of a number of different plans through the state or county you live in.
